Authentic Guacamole Recipe



Just wanted to share a guacamole recipe that is almost entirely made from fruits! If you use cucumbers or red peppers for dipping, then this is a great healthy raw fruit meal. Try and use as many organic ingredients as possible.

Guacamole Recipe


1) 2-3 Mashed Organic AVOCADOS.

2) 2-3 tablespoons of EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL.

3) 1-2 crushed cloves of GARLIC. You can also substitute 1 tablespoon of granulated garlic.

4) 1/4 cup of chopped ONIONS. You can also substitute 1 tablespoon of granulated onion. 

5) 1 pinch of RED PEPPER FLACKS.

6) 1/2 cup freshly chopped CILANTRO.

7) 1 medium diced TOMATO.

8) 1-2 pinches of HIMALAYAN SALT to taste. 

9) 1/2-1 freshly squeezed LIME.

10) 1-2 pinches of OREGANO.

11) 1 pinch of BLACK PEPPER.

12) 1-2 pinches of CUMIN.

Mix together and ENJOY! :)
