Powerful Superberry Smoothie For Detox And Healing


I want to share with you a powerful smoothie that I use to heal my body. I only eat between 100-200 calories most days, so I have one or two smoothies each day. Fruit smoothies are the most powerful healing food you can eat. Fruits are more healing than vegetables. The key is to use fruits, melons, and berries for cellular regeneration. They help clean out your cells and lymphatic system. They help make your body alkaline. They are the perfect food. I am not a nutritionist, but I tried to lived on a mostly raw vegan diet, but couldn't get enough calories. It was only when I became mostly fruitarian and began fasting that I began to stabilize my weight.

It is no wonder that God's original diet for mankind was fruits and seeds from the trees in the Garden of Eden. In the garden with fruits and seeds for food, Adam and Eve were promised to live forever. If you follow the progression of Adam and Eve into sin (Genesis 3-9), they are banished from the Garden of Eden and its trees, and hence their fruit. The further they are removed from trees and their fruit, the less they are able to live. After being banished from the garden, they become vegetarians in chapter 4 and start eating grains, vegetables, and animal products (not meat). They begin to live shorter lives on this diet. After the Flood they begin to eat meat in chapter 9 and live even shorter lives.

It is always best to use organic fruits. Genetically modified foods (GMO's) are destroying our bodies and making us sick. GMO's provide the perfect environment in the body for mold and bad bacteria to grow, which leads to disease. However, if you only have access to GMO's, having fruit is better than not having fruit. Some take a teaspoon of colloidal silver when they eat GMO foods to stop the mold growth.

The foundation to any smoothie should be super berries. They are a complex food that provides all the vitamins your body needs. It also leaves a highly alkaline ash in the body that balances the acidic buildup in our bodies. Plus, fruits are digested within 15 minutes, and contain their own enzymes to break themselves down and be absorbed. It doesn't matter which berries you choose. Just get a variety of organic frozen berries and store them in your freezer.


SupperBerry Smoothie


1) Squeeze or Juice:

I normally use 4-5 lemons and 1 grapefruit. Citrus fruits are the healthiest foundation for our bodies.

You can also use apples, oranges, or any other fruit that can be squeezed or juiced. Get creative and experiment until you find a combination you like. However, this means no bananas. Bananas are a perfect food for a pure body, but they do not detoxify and heal your body.

Be careful! Citrus fruits will detoxify your mouth and throat instantly. You may discover a bump or blister form on your lip, tongue, roof of the mouth, or throat. Don't be alarmed. You are not allergic to fruit. This is your body detoxifying instantaneously.

2) Place Frozen Mixed Berries In Blender:


I use about 1 cup of organic blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries, cranberries, cherries, etc. Sometimes I will put a few chunks of mango or pineapple in with the berries, but not too much. You want the main thing to be the super berries. Again, be creative and find a combination that works best for you.

3) Add Together, Blend, And Enjoy!

Five Ways To Release Stress, Emotions, And Feelings




I must confess that I am highly empathetic, which means I can often feel the energy, emotions, and stress of others. I can walk into a room and the weight of people's problems will literally begin to weigh me down. Even after I am away from the office or a large social gathering, this weight will travel with me. Often times the things I feel are not my own feelings, but someone else's. It has taken me a long time to figure out some helpful hacks to cleanse myself of other people's energy.  The following are five things you can do to release this baggage.


Nature


One of the first things I do when I get home is walk in nature. When I say nature, I mean without a lot of other people around. Nature has a way of reprogramming us. Walking and exercising in nature helps release the low vibration frequencies of stress, negativity, and whatever else got stuck in our auras. It also raises our vibration so that we begin to focus on high frequency thoughts of beauty, joy, peace, love, and abundance. All it take for me is about 20 minutes in nature and away from people to get this benefit. You don't have to travel hours away from the city to find this solace. Look for a wooded park, trail, or conservation area near you and hit the ground walking or running. Also, yoga and other forms of meditation and prayer in a wooded location will accelerate your release.


Speak The Release


The world around us responds to our words. John 1:1 reminds us that God spoke all things into being through the vibration of His words. It only takes a minute or so, but all we have to do is speak what we want. So it is and so it ever shall be. Below I offer you a framework of how to speak the release of feelings and emotions that you don't want anymore. I do these whenever my aura begins to feel heavy, but you can create a routine in the morning and evening too. Feel free to add or subtract to it.

Speak these words out loud
I release all stress.
I release all disease.
I release all negativity. 
I release all darkness. 
I release all fear. 
I release all low vibrations. 
I release all anger. 
I release all worry. 
I release all guilt. 
I release all negative thought patterns. 
So it is and so it ever shall be.

Speak these positive words out loud:
I receive the light of God. 
I receive love.
I receive peace. 
I receive joy. 
I receive beauty. 
I receive abundance. 
I receive prosperity. 
I receive wealth.
I receive health.
I receive ease. 
I receive all positive thought patterns. 
So it is and so it ever shall be.

Place Hand On Heart


When you feel the weight of the world on you sometimes you don't feel like doing anything. Well, you can just place your hand on your heart. Within a minute you will feel your body begin to come down from stress. Placing our hands on our heart makes a connection that brings us out of the thinking brain and into the present. Focus on slow breaths in and out. As you breathe in imagine breathing in pure light. As you breathe out say inside of your soul the covenant word for God, Yahweh. 


Heart Breathing


A spin off of placing your hand on your heart is heart breathing. 

1) Slow your breathing down to seven seconds to breath in. 
2) Hold that full breathe for three seconds. 
3) Then exhale without forcing the air out.
4) On the exhale imagine that air as pure prana energy and light traveling into your heart chakra.

Repeat this for 20 minutes and you will begin to feel your body become lite and full of energy.


Full Armor of God


This can be done right after you do the heart breathing. Take your hands and rub them together until they are warm. Draw them apart by about three inches and feel the energy between them build. When you are ready take your hands and place them at the back of your head without touching it. Leave about an inch between your body and your hands. 

1) Move your hands over your head to the front of your face and down to your neck. As you do this say, "I put on the helmet of salvation." 
2) Run your hands down your chest and say, "I put on the breastplate of righteousness."
3) Run your hands down over your waist and say, "I put on the belt of truth."
4) Run your hands down over your legs and feet and up the back of your legs. Say, "I put on the Good News of peace."
5) Run your hands up your back and over your shoulders. It may be best to cross yourself as you run your hands over the opposite arm. As you run your right hand over your left arm say, "I put on the shield of faith."
6) Run your left hand over your right arm and say, "I put on the sword of the spirit, which is the Word of God."

How To Fast


Fasting is a spiritual and health practice that is taught by all the world's major religions. In the Bible, Daniel fasted for 21 days and Jesus fasted for 40 days. Afterwards, Daniel proved to be healthier than the rest of the scholars in Babylon and Jesus was sent out by the Holy Spirit to begin His ministry of miracles. Today, intermittent fasting has become very popular.

In January of 2018, I went to Ecuador with my wife to complete the "10 Day Process" with Ray Maor. The goal is to train the body to only need 100-200 calories per day. Since then, I dry fast one day a week (no food or water), liquid fast most other days (only water, tea, broth soup, or fruit juice), and only eat about 2-3 solid meals per week.

I don't recommend jumping into a whole day fast for the first time. It is best to build up our bodies to handle fasting. Always consult your doctor or physician to see if you are healthy enough to fast.


How To Begin Fasting


1) Start by fasting from only a few foods for a period of 40 days. 40 days is how long it takes to create new habits and this is why we have holy seasons like Lent. Choose foods that you want to cut out of your diet, such as processed foods, junk foods, and desserts. It is helpful to think of a healthy food to put in its place and eat whenever you crave something unhealthy. Also, you can put a spiritual discipline in place of your craving. Simply pray, meditate, or read sacred scripture whenever you want to have junk food.

Remember that food can also be positive. We associate positive experiences and emotions with different types of food as we grow up. Food is the center of how we connect with each other. The one food that I will never be able to give up is pizza. Almost every Friday night my family would order it and then begin to relax and connect for the weekend. Every party growing up had pizza. When I taste pizza, I relive those joyous experiences. It is healthy to experience the good feelings we associate with food too. Many times I will take one bite of pizza and will be completely satisfied. Why? Because I just wanted to relive the good feelings.

2) Try to discover the underling emotion connected to the foods you crave. When we fast emotions will bubble to the surface. You may even have dreams about people, places, and events that you haven't thought of for a very long time. Be aware of this and think about how certain foods make you fell? Do you eat junk food when you are stressed and have a bad day? Why am I thinking about my father more often after giving up chocolate? Our bodies may be telling us that there is emotional healing that needs to be done inside of us.

3) Once you are aware of your emotional eating triggers, try to heal the emotion associated with them. If it is an emotion attached to a person, then say out loud, "I forgive you, (name of person). If it is a situation or circumstance that was traumatizing, say out loud, "I release myself from (said situation)." Say this a few times each day. Say it for as long as it keeps coming up in your mind for the next 40 days. Intention and speaking our desires out loud is a powerful way to overcome our emotions and heal spiritually. Another simple way of dealing with emotions is to use the process of Ho'oponopono by just saying, "Sorry. Forgive me. Thank you. I love you!" This phrase helps to erase our attachment to a person, situation, or trauma.


4) After successfully fasting from a few foods for 40 days you are ready to move on to the next level!

5) Repeat the process above by choosing one meal a week and skipping that meal for 40 days. Continue to be aware of the emotions that float to the surface and heal them over this time period. If this becomes too hard for you, try having water, tea, or fresh fruit juice during the regular meal time. You can also make a warm broth if it is cold outside for a substitute meal. Just make sure that it doesn't have anything in it that you would have to chew. Mastication often increases your hunger because as soon as you begin to chew, your whole body gears up biologically to eat. Make sure that you don't use tap water while you fast either. Instead, use filtered water or bottled water without fluoride. This will help your body purify itself and detoxify during this process. By now you will start to notice that your taste buds have changed and you now crave healthier foods. Try adding more fruits and vegetables to your other meals.

6) Once you have completed #5 above, try fasting from two meals for 40 days (preferably back-to-back). If some days are too hard, go easy on yourself with something liquid. Continue to heal your emotions and seek to grow spiritually.

7) Once you have completed #6 above, you are ready to try a full 24 hour fast. If you want, try a whole day without food or liquid. A dry fast is three times more detoxifying than a water fast. A water fast is three times more detoxifying than a juice fast. And a juice fast is three times more detoxifying than a cooked broth soup fast. By now you will have started to see meany health benefits, such as weight loss, lower blood pressure, lower cholesterol, lower stress, etc. Also, you will begin to experience a spiritual awakening. As you give up your attachment to this 3D world, your spirit is better able to connect to the realm of spirit. In other words, you are raising your vibration. You may find yourself having vivid dreams, premonitions about the future, feel closer to God, experiencing angels, or begin to manifest your desires. Embrace these moments and ask for more spiritual experiences out loud. The spiritual world operates by grace. Ask and you shall receive.

8) After you have formed the foundation of being able to fast for 24 hours, you can add more days and do a two or three day fast. You will notice that all feelings of hunger begin to go away after 24 hours. In fact, it is much easier to fast for seven days than it is to just fast for 24 hours.

The sky is the limit with fasting. At the end of my "10 Day Process" with Ray Maor back in 2018, I continued fasted from all solid food for a total of 60 days. During that time I had water, tea, broth soups, and fresh fruit juice. My body purified itself so much that I ceased to have any body odor. My spiritual development progressed and I found myself replacing meals with prayer and meditation. At night, I would receive vivid dreams of the future. The key is to build yourself up to the spiritual discipline of fasting. There are so many blessings and benefits.
